These Terms apply to all users of VegaMovies’ services, including users who are also contributors of Content on the Service, and establish a contractual relationship between you and VegaMovies.To use our services, you have to agree to our Terms (we don’t want there to be any misunderstanding about what you get from us and what we get from you) — as well as the terms of our Privacy Policy (we go into more detail about how we use your personal data).If you don’t like it, don’t use our services.

Key Definitions

Application/Service : Means the VegaMovies’ platform (as well as its features) that is accessed through certain devices, including without limitation phones, computers or tablets.

You

You : Person or legal entity that uses the services of VegaMovies. We think you’re at least 18 years, to enter our site.

We may provide you with links to third party websites/apps.VegaMovies doesn’t maintain the Content or anything related to these third-party websites, and we don’t have any control over them or their practices, and they aren’t bound by this Terms.Third-Party Services: You may enable various online services or applications that are provided by third parties through Flipgrid (“Third-Party Services”).You do so at your own risk, and we’re not responsible for the actions of service providers or connected websites.We don’t control, recommend or endorse and are not responsible for these Third-Party Services.Please review any third party’s terms and privacy policy which you should carefully consider before using their services.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VegaMovies immediately (without notice) if you fail to comply with these Terms.Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases.

Liability Limits & Disclaimers

No Additional Liability

No Additional Liability : To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We limit our liability for any damages arising from these Terms or use of the Service to your direct damages, and won’t pay more than that even if we knew or should have known about the possibility of those damages.

“As Is” Service : VegaMovies is provided “as is” and “as available”—we don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranty about the content’s accuracy, completeness, or how they may be interpreted by you. By the applicable law we disclaim all implied warranties (for example, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, quality).

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are made under, and will be governed for all purposes by, the laws of India (excluding its choice of law principles).If there's a dispute, try to work it out directly as follows: VegaMovies!If you are an EU consumer, you still have rights in your local laws.U.S. users: You certify that you are not in a U.S.-embargoed country or on the list of any prohibited persons.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms in our sole discretion.For significant changes, such as authoritarian rule or something else unpleasant and possibly related to the previous category, we’ll provide at least 30 days’ notice (for example through an email message or by posting on our platform).Your continued use of VegaMovies following such changes means that you accept the updated Terms.If any portion of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid.
